Jeff Fisher is one of, if not the best coach in the NFL.
He gets the most out of what he has.
Mad props for him.

did you see that stat they showed during the game, he has the 3rd best win% on the road when leading after 3 quarters, only Lombardi and Madden have better records.

Fisher doesn't get noticed much because his teams are generally prepared and they play hard. They aren't a "sexy" team. They dont lose games by making stupid plays. The media tend talk about teams and players that screw up, and never about a team or a coach that is just solid, because where is the story in that.

If he had the Chargers they would be doing great things right now.

He's a great coach, you can see that he gets his guys prepared. He also doesn't suffer the mini Mike Martz syndrome that Sean Peyton does, he establishes a game plan and attacks with it, he doesn't make ridiculous decisions.

I think he has come a long way. He played in the Bears secondary as I recall and went almost straight into head coaching in the NFL. The Titans had some talent for him early on. Excellent defense and a great running game with Eddie George. I didnt think he was a great coach back then. But he is doing a fine job now with below average talent. Likely that Young is the only Titan to make All-Pro.

You have to admire a coach who is loyal to a franchise and isn't looking to go where he can get paid the most.
