What are the green decals on the helmets of the QB's ?

I see them every game on the back of the helmet.

it means they got a mic only 1 of those helmets r allowed on field at a time

The decals for the receivers were put into effect this season because of past situations... Kordell Stewart, Randle El, some of those guys... The NFL doesn't want more than one headset on the field @ a time...
