Clearly better than Leinhart, the older QBS have too much experience and give their teams a better chance of winning. Veterans at this position just cannot be replaced like other sports.

There was talk during the offseason that he was rumored to be traded to the Vikings too coach. However, the talks broke down for some reason or other.
