i angered everyone on this board when i pointed out how shitty McNabb is. never won shit, never will. his post-season stats are fukkin horrendous.

having said that, the Raiders had a decent running game with shit QB's. if he came in and just took the approach of not losing but just managing games, they will win more. their defense improved getting Seymour and Asomugha is a shut-down corner. having a guy that can take out the other team's best WR solo is huge for defensive schemes.

and the AFC West is shit, so they have a chance to compete.

Kevin Kolb. He was drafted early in the 2nd round a few years ago. The Philly situation is similar to Green Bay's Favre/Rodgers situation a few years ago.

My guess is that Philly will go one more year with McNabb until the situation resolves itself. I don't know how Vick figures into this mess, except NOT as starter.

First, I do not think that McNabb would go to the Raiders. If he does, the Raiders will win a few more games, but not enough to pass San Diego and get to the playoffs. With games at Houston, Indy, Cincy and Arizona, plus their division schedule, I really do not see them winning more than two away games. Maybe 8-8, but still not nearly close enough to pass San Diego. If they can get some help on the OL, they may have an outside chance. But again, I think this is a mute point. For any of this to happen, first he has to go to the Raiders, and then, he has to stay healthy and play an entire season, and that alone is a 50/50 proposition.

I definitely think eagles can operate without mcnabb because their is a lot of young talent on the team. However, there is no way you are going to sell me dropping mcnabb for Kolb is a step forward.

Im from Pittsburgh and I hate the fairweather Philly fans to begin with but they way they treat McNabb is beyond unfair. I hope they never win ANYTHING ever. Again born and raised in Pittsburgh Ill cheer for the Cowboys all day long if it means screwing the Eagles. They Eagles are always contendending just cant seem to get over the hump much like the Bills I dont hear anybody screaming that Jim Kelly sucks. Eagle fans are a bunch of ungrateful idiots.
