Washington is still 3-5 players away from seriously challenging in the NFC East. This signing means nothing. The 'Skins are going to finish dead last again. Maybe they can actaully win 6 games instead of 4, but nothing more. Playing Green Bay, Minnesota, Houston, and Indianapolis at home, the 'Skins may win only two home games.
