I have been losing up to date...I cannot afford to lose again. I am a poor PKK.
Can anyone give me a winning ATS team this Sunday 9/16/2007? Thanks

Obviously I am a Bengals fan, but would be wary of Cleveland.
A desperate NFL team playing at home with nothing to lose is nothing to take lightly, even in the lowly Browns.
In part this will be a good test for the Bengals: to come off an emotional win, on a short week, and play a desperate team on the road who got embarrassed at home the previous week.
I would be careful of this game - look at past results at Cleveland and if I am not mistaken the Browns play the Bengals pretty close there.
I love NFL football, but find picking winners much more difficult than college. If I were hungry to win I would look at the plethora of NCAA games instead.

Well, lets take a look last year shall we?
First game:
9-17-2006 @ Cinn
34-17 Cinn
Line = -10.5 Cinn
11-26-2006 @ Cleveland
30-0 Cinn
Line = -3 Cinn
Cinn ATS vs. Cleveland 2-0
No reason to be wary of Cleveland. This game is an easy winner for the Bengals.

I like Dallas best, some one already gave it.
Still I think it is the best bet.

Look back farther... Cincy is a team still learning to win.

There is no need to look back further. If you don't have faith in your team then that's your problem. It's a sharp play and if you fail to realize it I am sorry.

Though Dallas and Cincy look tempting...
Do these all look too good to be true?

I think you have hit this right on the head of course the Browns are bad and the bengals are okay but for the reasons above I will be leaving this one. Wasn't overly impressed by the Bengals the other night

Take the Packers if Eli is out. Packers should roll with Eli out, even in NYC.
Otherwise, I agree with the Bengals play.
I also like NE, NO as strong plays.
If you want dogs, take Ten, Buff or KC.

If your looking at ML take Pittsburgh or Chicago otherwise take Cincinnati -6.5 or Dallas -3.5

Cincy is certainly NOT a lock.. but a very decent option.
To me the best bet this week would be GreenBay IF Eli is out.
New Orleans and Dallas are also very strong options...

Select a 6 point teaser from the following and then relax on Sunday:
Indy and Cinci
Pitt and Cinci
Chi and Cinci
Chi and Indy
Chi and Pitt
Indy and Pitt
personally, I like all these teams to cover outright, but if looking to go safe, I'd play the teaser. If not, how about a ML parlay with Pitt, Indy, Cinci, and Chi or a RR parlay with each of the combos mentioned above? Just a few options. Remember, there are no "locks" though I must admit that Cinci, Dallas, N.O. all appear to be really, really good plays, as do Indy and Chicago (who may pitch a shutout--just worried that they'll be able to put up 14 points). Good luck.

Good point, Mike. I wasn't thinking. They should call them the Jersey Giants, eh? Jersey Jets too, I guess.
I've actually never been to NYC, so I don't even know what is considered part of NYC and what isn't. I thought maybe Jersey was kinda considered part of NYC, I mean I know it isn't, but it's an academic argument. I imagine a NYC resident can fill us in. Kinda silly, I guess.

I agree Green Bay is a strong play. It is definitely not the best bet of the week. Carolina -6.5 is the next best thing to Cincy -6.5.

Yeah Slacker, but Jersey would never claim the Jets, NY can keep them, all they do is come over and trash up the place. The fans I mean...

I'm only on two NFL games this week, both sides.
Carolina -6.5
Tennessee +7
And contrary to most of the posts favoring the Bengals, if I can get a 7 I'm also gonna be on Cleveland

Agree on all counts.
College generally has softer lines than NFL, tho inexperieced bettors generally prefer the pros.
Tho this week I'm a bit stumped in NCAA - maybe Under with LSU, and over with Michigan . . . ?
