    colts game - learning something . . .
I think if any team should be able to expose the rush defense of the colts it would be the saints. They aren't able to move the ball. So... This tells me its not necessarily the players on the defense its how they play the position. I heard dungy was having the new players watch film AFTER film of the veteran players playing their respective position last year. I think this has helped close the gap on defense.

So much for a super bowl hangover.

Bob Sanders isn't helping things either. I think he plays a big role in stopping the run. The secondaries have the receivers on lockdown. Brees has been having to check down to find someone open.

The Saints are a real talented team and I love Sean Peyton. Lets give them some credit, it's pretty tough playing Peyton Manning in Indy in the season opener no less after the huge monkey was finally lifted off his back last year.

Last year Saints were 1-3 vs AFC , only beat Cleveland (duh)
Gave up 31-35-38 to Cinn, Balt, and Pitt. AFC rules the NFC

the replays they show have the saints holding every play Freeney gets near him? Game over NFC again.

I think the NFC just flat out blows and it shows up week after week against good AFC teams. That's the best the NFC can bring to the table on opening night???? NO is probably an 8-8 team if they're in the AFC, maybe less.

They are a team that plays better at home. I look to them at their first home game to be a good play. Lets see what the line opens up at.

They were only 4-4 last year at home.
