Rams vs Seahawks NFC Championship Picks and Discussion
The Rams and Seahawks square off for a third time this season with a chance to punch their ticket to the Super Bowl.

They split the first 2 matchups with LA winning 21-19 at home and Seattle winning 38-37 in OT at home in the Thursday night thriller.

A lot of the public will be lining up to take the Seahawks at -2.5 after what they did to San Fran along with the Rams having to go on the road for a third straight week.

However, I lean Rams to keep it close if I can get a decent +3 price.

Seattle lost their dual threat attack as RB Zach Charbonnet suffered a season-ending knee injury on Saturday.

LA getting some early backing on the NFL Picks page:

      Rams +2.5 (-105)
"This game might be a toss-up, but I'm giving the Rams the quarterback edge with Matthew Stafford. Giving the likely MVP a couple of points is too good to pass up, so we won't." - Dustin Saracini

      Rams +2.5 (-105)
"I'm backing the regular-season MVP favorite and the QB receiving the third-shortest Super Bowl MVP odds to make the difference in Seattle. The Rams are more battle-tested in the playoffs, which should benefit them in what should be a tight, back-and-forth affair." - Gary Pearson

The SBR analysts are split as a couple Seahawks plays have emerged:

        Seattle -2.5 (-114)
"Los Angeles has been limping to the finish line, barely squeaking past the Panthers and Bears to reach the NFC title game. Seattle, the league's most complete team, will require a much better effort to beat. I don't think the Rams have it in them at this point." - Liam Fox

        Seattle -2.5 (-114)
"Los Angeles has eked out two three-point victories over Carolina and Chicago, the two teams with the two worst point differentials through the first three quarters of all 14 teams that made the playoffs (Carolina minus-92, Chicago minus-4)." - Mike Spector

Rams were a bad pass by the Bears away from getting beat in OT. Seahawks without Charbonet will lean on Walker that much more. Rams haven't looked like themselves for several weeks. Seahawks thump LA

SBR's Mike Spector has a player prop bet posted for LAR/SEA:

Kenneth Walker III Score a 1st Half Touchdown (Yes:+165)
"Walker has at least 133 scrimmage yards in three of the last four games, and is a big reason the team ranks second with 172.3 rushing yards per game since Week 16. Overall, Seattle has rushed for 689 yards and eight touchdowns in the last four games, its first time reaching those marks as a franchise in a four-game span since 2014."
