The Ravens got one turnver, Ed Reed's interception which he fumbled on the runback. Remember that? Are you saying that's how it'll go every time the Colts throw an interception? This argument is incoherent.

The reason why the Colts won is because they didn't turn the ball over. The Colts offense was able to control the clock with long, sustained drives. The key to long, sustained drives is not turning the ball over. Understand?

For the record, the Colts had 1 turnver versus 3 for the Ravens. Time of posession was 34-26, Colts over Ravens. Without winning in these categories, the game outcome would have been much different. If you really want to get into it, check out the Ravens starting field position throughout the game. That was the major factor which turnovers would have dramatically changed.

Obviously turnovers can make a huge difference but you have to score TDs to beat the Colts and the Jets won't! In week 16....the Jets had 3 points offensively when the Colts pulled the plug late 3Q and that was with 4 starters already SITTING OUT! I'm a Bears fan too and I still love Buddy Ryan's style of defense but they ran into a SF team twice for NFC Championships in the 80s...a 49ers team that had a HOF QB and a top-10 level underrated defense! They beat the hell out of Chicago and their great defense/running game (Walter Payton) both times!

Check out the 2000 Ravens, they only had 318 passing yards over the same stretch!

But check out the Jets rushing numbers over that span: 799 yards!
