Curse of Tampa Bay Alive and Well in the NFL
    Tampa Bay curse

The Tampa Bay Curse is a sports hex that affects NFL teams that lose to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. No team that has lost to Tampa Bay during the regular season has gone on to win the Super Bowl in the same season. Tampa Bay is one of only two NFL team to hold that distinction, and through 2008, it is still active. [This is also true for the Carolina Panthers, albeit they have existed 19 years fewer than Tampa Bay]. The curse may be related to the historical bad luck and poor performance of the franchise.

New Orleans LOST to Tampa Bay, and Carolina this year.
    Minnesota LOST to Carolina

    Indy played neither.

Jets this season BEAT Tampa Bay, and Carolina, And Indy!

So if Indy or jets go they will beat Minny or NO, but definately NO! Intersting theory. What is the curse for not winning the championship game would be helpful this week. I don't remember seeing the SAINTS in a super bowl!!!!!

the best team with a shot to win the SB having lost to TB was the 14-2 Rams , who lost to the Pats. If they couldn't do it, N.O. won't either. I dont think the Carolina holds as much weight, but it is an interesting streak that soon may be broken....or NOT! I personally beleive in it. Being a Jets fan, if the jets win early game and NO wins late game I am lovin life!!

NO will no win SB...end of post! (free free to give me some pts for my insight if you liked it)

Looks like when the Saints win it all 2 curses will be broken.

Losing to TB, and losing last 3 games of regular season.

Kind of an unfair hex when NO has to play TB twice each year, and 18 NFL teams don't have to play TB even once.

I saw 2 dawgs barking madly 1 with green eyes and 1 with a purple heart then without warning I saw a man come from afar and throw them both in the trunk of a car then he stood with others in the dark laughing loudly until there was not 1 more bark by now I was on my way staring at the sky wondering if dawgs really do go to heaven when they die I'm still puzzled from this fright and all I keep seeing is the #7 every night oh could someone please help me solve this fuzzy feathered sight???

Yes, we can safely put this one to rest. Now there are two more trends to work on next season. First, the NFC has now won 13 straight coin tosses. Next, the team wearing white has now won 6 straight Superbowls.
