Just all depends on the person I think. You can ask a bunch of people and you'll get different opinions. Personally I can't hit the NBA to save my life, if im covering by 30 the other team will come back and cover, last second shots, garbage buckets, garbage late second fouls etc etc.. ughh just gets my blood boiling
NFL the easiest sport tp predict?

#37PaulyPoker: Do you think people can hit 65% year after year?Originally posted by PAULYPOKERThe NFL is more of a chess game for handicappers because just 32 teams to deal with six degrees of seperation of the key elements such as coaches, coordinators, players, more consistency ETC. understanding how each one of these coincide with each other and opponents is the key to success in the NFL as a handicapper; yes it is the easiest for this fact but those who can't do this effectively and accurately will not understand the argument because of their own personal experience with it period because of their reliance on the luck factor.Comment -

#38Yes sir or greater because relying on knowledge of the NFL as a whole you can eliminate the element of luck to a great degree as opposed to all other sports where there is to many variances to predict accurately the outcome without relying on luck. Now with that said NCAA football can not be capped as predictable as the NFL because of the 100 or more teams involved however if you pick a division such as the Big Ten for example and just cap within the division it's self you can be close to the NFL but that would be the only wayOriginally posted by eidolonPaulyPoker: Do you think people can hit 65% year after year?Comment -

#42Bozeman, you're out of your element on this one. Nobody will consistently hit 80%. Nobody will consistently hit 70%. A few will hit consistently in the 60's. You basically said that the guy you're tailing has been hitting 80% over the past few months, this could easily be true. If he is only playing a few games a week he could hit an 80% run over a few months, that is not implausible, but he will not hit this next season, not a chance. Sports betting is a marathon, not a sprint, and he is is hot, not amazing at capping.Originally posted by Dark HorseIf with religion you mean belief system, your belief system is your religion. #44NFL is the easiest to follow, since you only get it once a week. Squares, people who only gamble in the NFL can consistently get one pick right by just following what they see on ESPN. I'm fairly certain, alot of squares made money on the Colts, Chargers, Saints during their hot run.
The NBA is pretty much a toss up, because they have so many games and so many weird things that can happen in the final minute. You can have a team cover the entire game and still get back door at the final gun. Edges if you can find it, are usually with teams playing back to back. This is where people who don't follow the NBA every single day gets killed.Comment -

#46NBA, NHL and MLB are offering much better betting opportunities than NFL. I can't see any reason for a Professional Sports Bettor to focus on NFL. Only 15 games/week? LoL, you can find 15 games/day in these sports.Comment -
