I don't have time to look it up, but I wonder what the trends are when there is a rematch from week 17 to the wildcard round in the NFL. I know the Colts/Denver did it a few years ago, Colts rested and lost to Denver week 17, but turned around and blew the doors off the Broncos the next week in the playoffs. Anyone want to collect some data? I might do it later in the week if I have time. But I'm lazy.
