If Lovie Smith expects to be the head coach in Chicago next year, they should win by 15.

With Kevin Smith and Stafford out for the year the Lions really have to work hard to score. Chicago is riding some serious momentum after Cutler showed up big for the first time in Prime Time. The Lions also have a shot at the first pick in the 2010 draft if they lose and the Rams win.

I think it's a pretty good play. However, it is a divisional game against two under-average teams. But I think the Bears cover 3 points 7 times if the game is played 10.

Well, given that we both joined about half a month ago, do you still feel better?

But that doesn't change the points I made. I've seen people on Detroit, but I haven't seen a good enough explanation to convince me that they can win with +3. Even if it is at home.

I love the line, but almost too much. I think something is fishy with it. The Bears should be atleast a 7 point favorite. I tend to stay away when it is too fishy. GL though!

Bears coming off a short rest with that Monday game and injuries to Tillman and Knox are the only downsides I see in the game. Devin Hester is back from injury which brings back the deep threat for Cutler due to his speed. I heard he might be returning kicks as well with Knox out which is a plus.

If the Bears can shut down the lions WR Calvin Johnson, then this will be an easy win. They already lost their starting RB and QB due to injuries.

Bears need this game more with all the firing talks regarding their coach and staff.

Bears -3 is the right play
