CFL Opens Thursday 6:30 p.m. EST in Toronto: Leans and Discussion

BC Lions @ Toronto Argonauts 6:30 (I think Argos opened +2.5) then I think it's Winnipeg Blue Bombers @ Edmonton Eskimos (I haven't checked the spread for that one yet). Then there's a game on Friday and another on Saturday . . .
The Calgary Stampeders play Saturday. I think they opened -9.5 hosting Hamilton Tiger Cats.

I would definitely take +9.5 on Hamilton @ Calgary. Hamilton's receiving corps is suspect at this point but it should be a relatively low scoring affair if I am not mistaken.

I see the line has moved to BC -4.0 -110 at most books. Bet365 has it at -3.0 -120.
I made my wager at Canbet just now and had to lay the extra half point. I bet BC for a dime at -4.0.

I guess it is possible, however, BC Lions Dave Dickenson is a much better QB than Damon Allen of the Argonauts. Allen seems to play it safe and doesn't make the long passes needed to score points.
Tough to bet on the Argos against the defending champs.

I already played BC for more than I usually bet.

I know there's lots of time left in this game, but BC hasn't scored an offensive TD yet and that missed fg returned for a TD for Toronto was a huge 10pt swing. Ugly!!

It's on 644 for those of you with directv. 2 downs and punt the ball . Quite a difference from the NFL. Interesting with the huge field though. You would think they would score more with that bigger field. First time watching this. Took the over for a small amount.

Sometimes I can't believe these guys are pros. A fumble on a punt return that shouldn't even been attempted cost me large. Some of the bruthas that play this game are probably hung like a horse, but also have the brains to match.
