Chargers need to win just one to get a bye. Do they wait until next week until they host the Skins or do they try and do so on the Road against the Titans?

Also, what do you guys feel about the Over/Under for this game? Leaning towards teasing the Chargers (+10) and the Over (40).

SD is on a mission. The line is about right. Don't expect a letdown.

I like SD but I don't think it'll be easy against Chris Johnson & company. Probably another win by 3 pts for SD.

Also, offenses in this game should trump the defense.

The total is tough for this one tho... I don't care what you say about Vince Young, Ten's offense will rely almost completely on CJ in this one. Also LT will probably get shutdown so Rivers will be forced to air it out... As bad as Ten's pass d has been all year the Titans are still able to force turnovers.

I like Tennessee here. But may have to pass. Hard to go against a QB that has never lost in the final month of the regular season.

the crowd will be nuts,in 4 of last 5 games,sd has given up 5yds per carry, and gave up 239 yards or more in the air vs their last 3 opponents, including palmer, brady quinn,so with all the emotion, playing at home,sd traveling across the country and being so hot, their due for a loss, plus ten season is on the line, this is a playoff game for them and sd can clinch 2nd seed next week vs was,so it'll be a dogfight, but im taking ten..sd is the better team, but handicapping football is all about emotion, and ten is full of emotion at home in front of their crowd and xmas, this is a good spot for ten. and a bad spot for sd.... everybody will be on sd... 59% so far,but im taking the home dog gl

I don't think the Chargers will take it easy at all. It will be a hard fought game.

I agree with you...Other than Chiefs and Broncos all their victories/loses have came with a at most 7 point margin this season

                      Majority 3-4 points

for the emotion thing: i feel like sd will be less distracted as they are away from home already therefore all the festive and family stuff wont be an issue..however for the titans being at home on xmas day they will have many distractions from families and friends, not saying it will be the reason they lose (if they do) just saying its something to think about.
