    Browns/Chiefs Over 37

My biggest total play thus far this year was the Browns on the road in Detroit, I see a similar result here. There probably won't be as many points scored as in that shootout, but I still expect it to sail over 37.

The Browns give up an average of 25 PPG on the road and the Chiefs surpass that by giving up an average of 26.7 PPG at home. These are 2 shitty defenses that will get picked apart come Sunday.

I am a fan of playing overs in games pairing 2 poor squads, these games more often than not end up in shootouts because the struggling offenses finally find success moving the ball and are not going to stop until the final second is on the clock because they have not had this feeling much this season. If I have to side with either defense, I would choose the Browns, but I still expect Cassel to throw at least 2 scores against them. On the other side, I see Quinn having equal success and matching Cassel. That's at least 28 points there off of 4 TD throws, throw in a rushing TD on both sides, that puts us at 42. There will also be 2 or 3 FGs in this game, so I see the final number around 48.

    Prediction: Browns 27 - Chiefs 21

      Steelers -1

Although the Steelers have lost their last 5 and their playoff hopes are pretty much shot, I still expect them to show up this Sunday in front of the hometown crowd and stop the bleeding. With all the poor play of late, they still have managed to pull through with a 4-2 mark at Heinz Field, a solid home record. They have dropped their last 2 at home after starting out a perfect 4-0, I don't see them losing 3 straight at home, regardless of how fishy this line looks.

In all honesty if you look at the stats the majority of them point to GB in this spot, but sometimes you have to go with your gut. My gut is telling me that the Steelers will save some pride and pick up a much needed win at Heinz this Sunday.

I too I'm not a big fan of overs, mostly play unders if I play a total, but really think this one flies over. It worked for me when the Browns traveled to Detroit and I'm hoping for a similar result this Sunday. You should be good in Fantasy this weekend with your pickups, I'm hoping for a shootout.
