I have be diligently watching the radar to keep tabs on the weather because I have capped the total on this game all week...the rain is stopping as we speak but all the Northeastern rain today must be the reason for the o/u to be staying so low...is there ANY reason not to whack the over 43 at this point? Other thoughts?

These 2 teams light it up...every so often but the 2nd game tends to be a more of a typical NFC East grind it out type of game

the game open at giant -1 o/u 43(45) but now is philly -1 and o/u 43 i think i shoule lean on philly big.
Philly - 1 Teaser over 43 = 2000 ( Philly + 5 over 37 )
