Not saying they absolutely will, but they can cover or flatout win. The Denver secondary and pass defense is their strength, but they can't consistently stop run. They should be able to contain Peyton's aerial attack for a period of time. This secondary has not given up a single 300 yard game to the opposing passer this year, Phillips River came close with 274 yards when they lost 34-24 in October. Denver will not win or come close to covering this game relying heavily on the Defense.
The best weapon against Peyton Manning is keeping him off the field, and out of sync when he does come back in. This is where the Broncos strong running game, and dink and dunk offense comes into play. The Broncos rarely scores quick, they're patient and they eat up a lot of clock just to get a field goal. If they can keep this game close going into the 4th, the Broncos should cover the 7 point spread.
The Colts has been playing on the edge the last six game game, and the undefeated thing is starting to wear thin on them. Look for them to crack here, against a Broncos team who's found their identity again.
