    It's December and.....
Some things just do not change. Bret Farve suddenly looked all of his 40 years in a loss to Arizona. Farve was sacked several times and interecpted twice. HE completed a high percentage of passes (30-45-2), but many of those were after the game had long been settled. Minny needs more Peterson and less Farve.

Dallas did it's December thing, losing to the Giants. The Cowboys are now tied with theEagles for the division lead, and their next two games are a home to red hot San Diego, and then at New Orleans. It looks as if the winner of this conference will have 6 losses, and will probably finish behind conference winners New Orleans, Minnesota and Arizona. While Dallas is trying to figure out an answer for Phillip Rivers, the Eagles go to the Giants in what is probably a must win for New York.

And to think that a team that basically took the year off gets to play a home game on MNF. What a joke. I've said it before, and I will say it again. The Bears defense needs to vastly improve for this team to be a challenger, and they need some kind of offense. Lovie aparently does not have the magic any more. He had one very good year, and got to the playoffs in another year, but that has been it. Is it time for a coaching change in Chicago? Obviously he is not offensive minded. The Bears have scored over 20 points 3 times in 12 games. Even a great defense can not be successful with that terrible offensive production, and the Bears defense is a ghost of what it used to be.
