    GiveMeaBJ NFL Week 14 Plays
Houston Texans -5.5 (Bookmaker) to win 4 Units
Still upset I missed out on the opener of -4.5 but this will do just fine. It is up to 6 now at most places but I fully expect the Texans to walk away with this game. The Texans and Seahawks played very similar games in Week 13, both were pick 'em games against divisional opponents. The Texans lost to the Jaguars while the Seahawks beat the 49ers. The Texans however had to go on the road while the Seahawks were aided by the 12th man. The Texans are going home though where over the years they have played much better although this years record won't display that. The Sehawks are your textbook home team and now will come into a game on the road against a team who needs a win to keep playoff pipe dreams alive. Matt Schaub has been great all year and I expect him to have a big game against a Seahawks secondary that has been torched occassionally this year. I also don't see a man who matches up with Andre Johnson. The Seahawks running game is non-existant. Julius Jones isn't the type of back you can constantly feed the ball to and expect him to control the game. You need to run well on the road and I don't think it happens here. While both teams may have similar records the talent level isn't similar. The Texans have the advantage and the fact that it is in Houston only makes me more confident in this play.

3-Team 10 Point Teaser to win 4 Units
    Leg 1: Tennessee Titans -3
Titans red hot streak came to a halt in Indianapolis but they had a ton of chances to get right into that game and maybe even win it. They get the Rams at home who are simply put pathetic. Chris Johnson is having an insane year and has his mindset on getting 2,000 yards rushing. Expect a heavy dose of him and Vince Young making plays with his feet. Titans are dominating teams on the ground at home running for 193 yards per game. The Rams are averaging a pathetic 8 ppg on the road this year and with Boller starting things only get better.
    Titans 27, Rams 10

Leg 2: New England Patriots -3.5
The Patriots have dropped two straight games and go home to try to right the ship against a banged up Panthers team. Williams and Delhomme are uncertain for Sunday and as long as Brady plays I think they should have their way with the Panthers defense. The Patriots now desperatley need a win to keep the AFC East lead. Very crucial game for the Pats season. Think Billy B and the boys will be ready to get a win.
    Patriots 31, Panthers 17

    Leg 3: Chargers/Cowboys Over 38.5 Points
Chargers are really clicking again at the right time and the Cowboys really threw all over the Giants Sunday despite the loss. Playing in the new stadium I think the game will be full of fireworks and the Chargers should move the ball very well. Not really much more to say, both defenses are weaker this year and Romo seems to really be in a groove.
    Chargers 28, Cowboys 24

Finally dug up my YTD record...

      YTD: 22-13 (62.8%) (+15.21 Units)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers +3.5 to win 2 Units
Look the Bucs are bad but the thing is this line doesn't reflect to me that Mark Sanchez isn't playing. While Sanchez hasn't been everything Jet fans had hoped for thus far Kellen Clemens certainly is a big step back. Also, this Bucs team isn't the same team we saw through the first half of the year. Since Josh Freeman started under center the team has been more competitive. They beat the Packers, lost by 2 in Miami, 3 in Atlanta and had two bad losses against the undefeated Saints and a 16-6 loss last week in Carolina. In the Carolina game Freeman threw 5 interceptions and no touchdowns. That doesn't concern me all that much in this particular game as I am not expecting a repeat. For one that came on the road and if you take out that game he had played very well up to that point. The Bucs are throwing the ball more, about 30 times a game, with Freeman and I think they have a chance to exploit an overrated secondary if they look away from Darelle Revis all day. The Bucs are still struggling to run the ball which I think may actually help them in this game. I think the Jets are a very good team against the run and when push comes to shove I don't think they will find much running room, but they are not expecting to. It will all come down on the middle of the field and exploiting the safetys of the Jets whoever ends up back there as they all seem to struggle with the system at times.

I think this is a good spot for an upset tomorrow and I think backing Kellen Clemens and the Jets on the road is a sucker bet here.
      Bucs 23, Jets 17

San Diego Chargers +3.5 to win 2 Units
The Chargers are rolling, big time. Probably overall have played the most consistent winning football over the past 8 weeks. The Cowboys however, have loosened there strangle hold on the NFC East and now seem to be questioning themselves and whether or not they can win December. Romo looked good last week but the running game looked awful, it will be interesting to see which Cowboy team shows up. Will we get the high powered offense and the Cowboys who move the ball up and down the field and pressure the quarterback. Or the Cowboys who can't establish a run, looked lost on offense and are victimized by the big play. Well usually that would make this bet a coin toss but I think the Chargers are better then any team the Cowboys can bring to the field today. Antonio Gates has been on a big time roll lately and I think he can have a big impact come tomorrow. I think Rivers will have his way with this secondary and we get a nice Chargers win.
