INDY Under 11 (-125) and OAK Under 5 (+105) are looking good.
INDY is going to be over valued and they were really fading last year toward the end of the season. Their defense struggled last year and they have lost some key players as well.
For OAK you have a 1st year head coach and a new QB...the learning curve in the NFL for a new QB is very steep....not to mention the NFC West is probably the best division out there. It's conceivale they could lose all their games to their division rivals.

You can also probably fade Indy ATS all year this year, especially the first 5 games or so, even more so if they keep winning.
BB, I'd be careful betting Oak under 5. I agree with all of your points, but 5 wins isn't much in a parity league. Even if Oakland starts out 0-8 or 0-9, they could still catch some wins on the backside with steady improvement. You're basically banking that they can't win more than 4 games, which is asking a lot of any team in the current state of the NFL.

Oakland is awful...even with parity. They certainly shouldn't win more than five games, especially with an 0-8 or 0-9 start. They may hit the number, but at plus odds, not a bad bet IMO.
