Every offshore book carries this bet. Actually your deal is worse because of the games starting at the same time. They can start anytime, everywhere else.

It's the same thing as everywhere else. When you split you pay double vig. When you split on a $100 reverse you lose $120. It's three if bets. One winner and two losers.
