i hate espn reporters![ lock of century included]
im so tired of hearing the espn reporters say that bill belichick's call to go for it on 4 and 2 was worst call of all time. all the facts point to it being the right call just not executed. arrogance might have played into it but i think the ultimate reason on why he decided to go for it was because he knew how big of a game it was and did not want to give #18 the chance to drive down field because he is the [ in my mind ] best regular season QB of all time . he took a chance and i believe if that was a playoff game or any game the patriots needed to win he would do that atleast 75% of the time .some say he does not trust his defense. but is that true? just because he has more confidence in his offense doesnt mean he does not trust his D . they have arguably the best offense in the nfl , and why wouldnt bill trust brady in that situation. brady is regarded as top 3 QB in nfl . im not 100% sure of that stats but the patriots i believe they were over %80 on 4th down conversions with 2 yards or less. but the main problem for me is if that was converted and the patriots won that game then he is regarded as a genius by espn reporters because he seems to always make the right call at the right time. but if they punt and still lose because peyton manning is just amazing. then the patriots D gets bashed for not being good .and then they say why didnt he put the ball in brady's hand on 4th down? what he has no trust in his offense to get 2 yards? lol i feel like this is ridiculous and starting to get sick of espn. I hope that the pats make it to the playoffs and get caught in a similar situation but convert and win because then i want to see what espn reporters like trent dilfer have to say about it .ughh just feel like getting some of this anger out of my system . i did cash because of this so in my mind it was a great call! lol . oh yea i forgot to add lock of the century --raiders to win superbowl this year +10000000000 lol

From my slow motion reviews over a few times, I think the play was a first down. Didn't see conclusive, but putting a little coordinate measuring xyz together the ball was caught and beyond the 30 yard line when the body was at 45° in air.

i think the pats could have drew up better play then that tho.what killed me is when i believe brady said they put alot of work into that play . made me lol literally . the was basically a qucik pass to the flats . not one thing special about it . and for them to have to put in alot of work to come out with that then i believe there going to have a long season. but its more of a colts win then pats loss . the pats didnt play horrible D they did get 2 int on peyton it was just the excellence on peyton to be able to make perfect throws and have reciever make perfect catches. even if they punted colts would have won i think.

I can't agree it's more of a Colts win than a Patriots loss. The Pats turned it over twice in the Colts endzone - the game's out of sight if they don't do that.
