I am playing on the house's money. Signs of a gambling problem if your stomach is in knots. This will only be my 3rd weekend choosing 4 teams to win, maybe half hour to do. And the games do not come on the radio or tv for me to watch. And I'm retired, so the family has all my time already. Thanks for the suggestion, but if everyone took your advice, all the sportsbooks would be outta biz.

haha not bad advice for some but really dude. If my stomach was knotted up id quit too. Granted im up on the year, although not by much, im still slightly up so why quit. If i was down i might take that into consideration. Remember you dont have to watch the games and get all worked up. Place your bets then see what you netted the next day.

Anyone who lets gambling effect their mood doesn't belong in the game. No matter how much I win or how much I win no one around me knows who I took or if I even took anything. If you let it effect your mood please stop, your mood swings are most likely hurting your family and friends around you.
