#40Thought about the Redskins Paver, but I think I want to save them for when they are on the road and not facing a team coming off a Monday night game. They were an initial lean though.Comment -

#41Seattle.
They were lucky to come from behind and even cover last week at home vs Detroit. QB Hasselbeck is banged up bad, ribs, AZ has good pass rush. Seattle OL a mess, have poor running game, almost last in league.
AZ is solid club except for running game is still an issue, all other aspects of team are going pretty well. Only thing is for some unknown reason, AZ has played GREAT on the road, and POORLY at home, but that is unlikely to continue.Comment -

#44I would use Tampa Bay. Arizona is not that solid at home for some reason. Plus there could be a letdown after the big win last week. G.L. either way.
I'm in a similar pool and have an eight to one shot for 4 dimes at this point. I need Detroit to lose to Minnesota today to stay alive.Comment -

#46Buffalo is dead last against the run, also has allowed 12 rushing TD's this year...on the road at Tennessee...2nd in the NFL on the ground...man I am torn here.Comment -

#47I would stick with TB this week. The run offense to the run defense matchup is a match made in heaven. Just like your breakdown above but I like the fact that TB came off a big win last week. I see them coming back to reality and Miami controlling the game. With all that said I am taking the Titans -8.5 and not the Dolphins -10 haha. But I stick with my pick above and say the straight win I think rests better on Miami.Comment -

#48Yeah. You are right. The matchups are even more in favor of Miami when it comes to running the ball, and how well each team defends it. Tampa Bay is the play.
Going with Tampa. Thanks for all the input guys and hopefully I will be back next week asking for yet another loser...Comment -

#49I agree, I think TB and SEA will both lose of course, but SEA has a much more realistic chance of winning IMO. GLOriginally posted by Cougar BaitYeah. You are right. #53Cougar, I'm a little confused. Do you just pick the loser (no points) or do they have to cover the spread? If so, what spread?
If it's just picking losers then TB and Seattle are both good picks this week. The bigger question is which team is better to hold onto next week???Comment -

#54Yeah Mac, just pick the loser, no spread. I went with Tampa...thought they gave me the best chance to get to next week and that's how I have been playing it. So far there are 2 other people on Buffalo, one on Seattle, and the other is on Detroit. Can't believe they still had Detroit stashed away.Comment -

I can only use a team once, and I used Detroit immediately I believe.
JJ,
According to your spreadsheet you are having one killer day so far. Nice try though
As for Miami today...Whhhhheeew....that was a close one. They looked like a totally different team after Brown went out. Really thought I was done for. Some nice work by Henne to make up for that ghastly mistake on the INT late in the game.
Looking to next week Seattle at Minnesota or Washington at Dallas look good. Leaning Seattle. Thanks for the input on helping me pick this weeks' loser. Will be back next week to continue my quest for the Weekly Loser.Comment -

#56A few different teams look good this week. However, based on the teams I have already used it looks like Buffalo will be my loser for the day. I also have a play on Jacksonville, so that makes things simple. I'ld love to hear everyone's thoughts on their "loser" of the week though.Comment -

#66Dude he's talking about the NFL. Ummmm. I keep hearing all this talk about chicago needing to win this week and people have them at like +480 or something. I doubt they'll win against Minny, but just to play it safe I think taking philly would be a good pick, but don't listen to me I don't know that much about the NFL.
Good Luck!
