    Today's picks.....input please....thanks!!!
After yet another dreadful college betting day, I try my luck again in the NFL. I'm
pretty much ready to just throw the towel in on college anyway. Seems the NFL is much better to me each week.

All straight bets with the exception of one 2 team parlay of......
    The two heavy favorites.
    New England -14 1/2
    Indianapolis -14

    Straight bets
    LOVE San Francisco +3
    Cincinnati PK
    Pittsburgh -6
    Atlanta +4 1/2

    Leaning towards....
    N.Y. Giants -7
    Miami +6

Im backing off of New England because of the travel game factor...

I like Indy, SF, Pitt, Atlanta, and Miami.
    No opinion on Cincy.
    Lean against Giants.

I have two strong angles favoring DAL, and another two to fade ATL. But I still can't pull the trigger on DAL, because ATL has impressed me so far and DAL not at all. Pass for me.

I'd buy the hook on NYG -7. They will control this game; big rushing edge. Warner's ARI needs 50 rushing yards to win, typically, and won't get them here.

Too many injuries on Cincy's D line to touch that one. Cutler may get a lot of time today.

I'd be cautious with IND. They don't care about covering large spreads.

        No opinion about the rest.

NYG have a big rushing edge? Cardinals have the #1 ranked rush defense so far this year. Plus, Giants are weak at secondary which Brees proved last week...Warner has 3 big targets to throw to. I dunno...I have more analysis later, but I lean Cards.

ARI won a rare game against HOU without rushing for 50, and that took a goal line stand in the last minute. They were 12-1 ATS last season when rushing for 50, and 1-6 ATS when they missed it.

Sure, they only gave up 21 rushing yards against SF, but they produced only 40 themselves and lost the game. They've played one team with a strong QB, the other Manning, and IND, a passing team!, ended up rushing for 126 yards, allowing only 24, blowing out the Cards along the way.

ARI is beginning to show signs of its post-season form, but it's still on and off.
