    Double Digit Spreads
Double digit favorites in the NFL have been 8-2 so far this season.

Dropping it down a point to 9+ Spreads and the favorites are 12-4 with two losses coming from our friends, the Redskins.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it doesn't appear as though the market has caught up with how bad these NFL teams really are. You are starting to see it a little this week with the up and down Jags giving 10 against the Rams. As I said in a thread earlier this week, in the past, we would see a 14 point spread 3-4 times a year...now we see it 3-4 times a week. These spreads have normally scared away sharp betters in the past because you "aren't suppose to bet on big spreads in the NFL". It may be time to rethink this and lay the points until these dogs can prove they can cover.

I am in on the Eagles for sure this week. I may jump in on the Steelers too. They make me a tad nervous since they never remember to keep the strong arm on the table to finish out games.

I really like the Eagles -14 over the Raiders. The Raiders offense is just terrible, and Eagles offense looks explosive, even if Mcnabb gets injured... again...

I ran into OT Henderson for the Raiders today. Very nice guy. Asked him how are they gonna do against the Eagles? He said "We need a Win man"
You guys are +14 underdogs, His response "Should be higher".

Anyways, I like the Eagles -14
