To many of you guy`s on the board think like a gambler. You need to start thinking like the oddsmakers. The hipe on this board about NE and SD was unreal.Ever hear the saying if it look`s to good to be true it probably is.And another tip. A favorite player will never and i say never beat a bookmaker.He will beat you in the long run. I`ve been playing long before most of you were born. Trust me

The problem really was that the public was set-up. It was a perfect storm; two overwhelming favs. versus so-called overwhelming dogs. Of course you'd get the public slobbering for the kill. In all likelihood, if you got killed in your first jump on the fav, you'd go all in again for the next fav, particularly against the ultimate dog (as shown in years past), the Raiders. People could rationalize why Buffalo rose to the occasion, but I think most are still scratching their head at how the Raiders came to play.
