New England Patriots -10 (-120 Matchbook) to win 2 Units
New England Patriots 1st Half -7 (-101 Matchbook) to win 1 Unit
The Patriots made me a ton of money back in 2007, just like almost everyone else. I am expecting more of the same powerful offense we saw in 07 again this year. The Pats still have Tom Brady, Randy Moss, Wes Welker, and now a stable of backs including Sammy Morris, Kevin Faulk, Ben Jarvus Green Ellis, Fred Taylor and Laurence Maroney. The Patriots have beaten the Bills by 10 points or more in 8 of their last 10 meetings. They own them. Now the Bills will try a new no-huddle approach without star running back Marshawn Lynch. Personally, I think this is a terrible idea. To beat the Patriots you need to control the clock and keep their offense off the field, now you are going to try to no-huddle down the field? Not feeling it here. Bill Belicheat will always come up with a scheme to confuse opposing offenses. This is a system defense and he could turn the Detroit Lions into a solid defensive team. All he needs is coachable players, which he has. So don't preach about the losses of Rodney Harrison, Richard Seymour, Mike Vrabel, Junior Seau, and Tedy Bruschi to me.
Patriots 34, Bills 14
