If you are taking a dog, then it must be a dog that can win straight up which is harder said than done.

I think Dallas has the better D, so they have a chance to either cover or even win SU but in a shootout they might not be able to keep up with Cincy.

It depends on when the public bet on MNF.

Prior to about an hour or two before the kick off, more public was on Cincy then slowly they started to taking Dallas and the bet percentage was higher on Dallas by the kick off and they took a horrible beating how the game ended.

Dallas should have won if it wasn't for the idiot who couldn't catch a ball that bounced right to him and the bet result flipped just like that when Cincy scored a TD instead of a field goal to win the game.

Imagine the feelings of the people who took Cincy. It went from counting it as a loss to a miracle win.

It seems to me favs are better in this sport, 3 weeks in a row dogs completely useless, always blowing up in the 4th.

I don't remember the exact numbers but I believe that when the spread gets up to about 17 pts or greater, favorites have a superb record ATS in the lst 50 years but the sample size is obviously very small; only about 20 games, I think.

I knew it, if the bookies are so stupid that backing every fav ATS is profitable then they need to be taken to the cleaners. I had Broncos and Packers as certs and they won easily. Can't be so confident on dogs.

every Tuesday I goto espn and manually input the following weeks games and use the lines they have listed. So it’s the opening line. Lines move so different books will have different stats but based on the opening line on Tuesday favs have hit at 56%
