IMO, that's the right call.
I'm all in favor of the NFL expanding to Europe, but I'd rather see existing franchisees stay in America.
I'd rather see London and Munich with two expansion teams.
Of the four North American major professional sports leagues, only the NFL could add expansion teams and not really dilute the talent pools.
There isn't nearly enough quality pitching on the MLB level to go around for expansion.
As a matter of fact, I think MLB should cut back four teams, which will never happen, that'll open up a big smelly can of crap from the unions if so, and if it's the one thing that the MLB Commissioner Rob 'Jelly Fish' Manfred can't handle is controversy.
The NBA is pretty much unwatchable today because there aren't enough professional grade caliber players.
Not for nothing, the NHL is just right.
