SF is 4-1 ATS past 5 trips to AZ

Rams are 0-8 SU and 2-6 ATS past 8 at Seat

Bears have playes 5 straight week 1 UNDERs

I believe the trends are an important part to handicapping.Not every trend holds true but sometimes one team has more success against another.It is one tool to use to make a decision on a given game.So Kroyrunner I wouldn't dismiss it.
