Well I see Chargers coming out strong. They will score about 30 so whatever Denver scores it up in the air. Maybe 14. That would put it right at 44.

Boys, I think people are missing the fact that the Broncos were LUCKY to win several of their games. They have been playing better then they really are.

Tomorrow Chargers will bring the Bronocos to reality.

SD just had a HUGE loss as Jamal Williams, nose tackle, is out. PIMIKE, 30 points for SD? The Broncos have only given up 43 points in 5 games thusfar this year. They have the best defense in the NFL IMO and I think it's unarguable to say they aren't a top 3 defense.

The biggest problem with the Chargers this year is the lack of balance on offense due to their horrible rushing offense. They are ranked dead last in the NFL in rushing offense with only 215 rushing yards in 4 games. Why would this rushing struggle not continue considering that they are going against the 4th best rushing defense in the NFL in the Broncos?

SD has the 3rd worst rushing defense in the NFL. Now they lose their best defensive player in nose tacke Jamal Williams. Denver is the 6th best rushing team thusfar. SD couldn't stop the run with him and they definitely won't be able to stop it without him. Denver will run the ball effectively in this game no doubt.

Ok so SD has the 3rd best passing offense in the NFL. This IMO is the only way that SD has a chance of winning this game, just going out and flinging it 35+ times but I can't see this being to effective with a lack of rushing offense and Champ Bailey/Brian Dawkins in the secondary.

Think about SD's two wins. They beat the horrible Raiders by 4 points and they beat the Dolphins @ home in a game where Pennington got hurt in the 3rd quarter. Henne was not prepared at all for this game and it showed. The Dolphins had 5 false starts as soon as Henne came in because he didn't know the snap counts and he threw a INT for touchdown that iced the game. Henne ended the game 10/19 90 yards 0 TD's 1 INT.

Denver runs the ball better, defends the pass better, defends the run better and is less penalized. The only advantage I see is SD's passing offense, and even then that advantage is minimal. Kyle Orton actually has better TD to INT ratio, completion rate, and a higher QB rating.

The Broncos are leaving the freindly confines of Denver for the first time in 3 weeks...they havent exactly beaten stellar competition away from from home...can they compete, sure, but I am with Mike here and see Rivers having a good game...

Ash, you want to talk about stellar competition? Who have the Chargers beaten at home or on the road? Dolphins with Henne having to coming in the 2nd half and the Raiders. The Broncos beat a soliddd Bengals team on the road and they smashed the Raiders on the road 23-3. The Chargers struggled migthily against those Raiders, they needed a last second drive and score with 18 seconds to beat Oakland. Denver also did what they were supposed to do as a top team and smahed Cleveland by 21 and beat NE.

they almost came back and beat the Steelers losing by 3 tds with Rivers arm...Orton is shit compared to him...Monday nights Rivers shine...

Amost came back?

The Chargers were never within 7 points the whole game. Denvers pass defense is much better than Pittsburghs, especially with Polamalu out. Denvers pass defense has given up 2 td's through the air, Pitt has given up 9.

I checked your thread and you clearly stated that you don't like the game but then you come back and say you bet the Falcons? What changed your mind? I would not be so confident in the Chargers. The fact that Denver continues to get no respect for what they have done is making the Books tons of money. Every one keeps doubting the Broncos and they just keep winning. You say SD is 2-0 on Monday night well they looked like against Oak and did not cover!
