New England rolls, NO wins, Balt rolls, SD ehhh, I am kinda high on the Raiders but this is a good bet. I was playing with 10 pters before and I came up with...

    Balt +2

I would have placed a large bet on the Raiders had they named Jeff Garcia the starter. I think I will still be on them with Mr. Russell but won't be as happy about it. SD loves dissapointing when the expectations are high and I think the Raiders defense keeps this one close. I wouldn't be shocked with a Raider win.

I think this is pretty solid. SD always kills Oakland and I don't think JRussell has developed enough to break that trend. Add in a healthy LT and a healthy SD defense, and I can't see Oakland staying within a TD.

What do you guys think of teasing Dallas or Seattle in there?

I like these teaser bets but history has shown me that it's always these double digit favs that you tease down to a FG or less end up messing these things up. NO scares me here. You'd think that an almost two TD fav can certainly win by at least a FG but I guess that's why it's called gambling.

Indeed, I look for them to establish a much better run game this year(McFadden and Fargas). As bad as Oakland was last year SD would have barely beaten them in OAK last year if Ladanian T. didnt break a 40 yd TD run in the closing minute. Not usually a fan of betting MNF the first week, same with the game tomorrow, its tough to cap.
