Potential prop bet on MIN/CLE line movement

Friend of a friend (a degenerate gambler according to my friend) believes the MIN/CLE line will hit 7 by gametime. I, of course, am looking to bet that it will not hit 7 by kickoff. What kind of odds should I be willing to lay here?
