Is it just me? Or is this the worst crop of NFL Head Coaches ever?
Maybe I'm getting old. I couldn't identify half of these guys in a police lineup.

+: Vrabel, TENN. He's one guy that the players respect. Seems like he builds a tough team and gets the most out of the roster.
-: McDaniels, OAK. I view this as a terrible hire. The interim coach did a fantastic job last year. That should have been an easy renewal. McDaniels will try to open up the offense, but it will backfire and Raiders will regress.
