Odds are against the Niners, I agree, but nothing is guaranteed of course. The record you’re talking about could just as easily end up 1-12 instead 0-13. I mean a sample size of 12 really isn’t that large.

150 years from now that record might be 42-57, who knows. Probability in the now, though leans towards Niners losing based on the history you provided.

When you look at the individual game, 49ers could certainly hang with them. They’ll have Ambry Thomas, K’wuan Williams, and hopefully Trent Williams back. All 3 were out last time they played the Rams. Playing tough, scrappy football - a scary matchup for finesse teams.

Bring it! Haha 😆 I appreciate the insight honestly. I think this forum needs more discussion and less “Moron, dipshit, etc” we’re all together looking for edges in these games of course.

I’m partial to the Niners and can see them grinding it out. The organization has had this same skeleton/ backbone over the past 3-4 years and though Jimmy G isn’t a prolific QB, he’s managed to get it done with the tools around him. They’ve had a lot of ups and downs with injuries as have many teams…but it seems they’ve had it tougher, I might be wrong on that. I think this squad just has a little magic going for them. They’re winners.
