Dolphins (Ross) fire HC Brian Flores

I absolutely do not agree with this decision. Flores first year and days before opening season the Dolphins traded all there Pro bowl players. Flores did nothing but work his team upward. Last year went 10-6 and missed playoffs and Flores should have gotten Coach of the year. This year (3rd year) the front office allowed the rumors to leak they were looking to trade Tua and acquire DeShaun Watson from Texans. This rumor destroyed the fins locker-room and the sensitive Tua feelings and resulted in a 7 game skid, but Flores rebounded the team AGAIN.
In a day of some of the worse coaching I've ever seen, Flores was the only positive going on in Miami Gardens.
We have POSERS like Clownlin (Mike Tomlin) always saying stupid shit like; "Next man up" or the "Standard is the standard" but the idiot losses one starter and gets excuses to loose. Flores days before opening season lost all his pro bowlers days before seasons start and competed.
I hope Flores gets a better opportunity as HC within Dolphins division and makes Ross pay twice a year.

If you watch every Fins game then you would know Flores is the worst game day coach in the NFL. He botches every 2 minute drill, when to challenge calls, when to call timeouts, when to punt or go for it on 4th down, when to kick FGs or go for it. He has no clue at all.
He got fired because he couldnt get along with assistant coaches. His offensive game planning was pathetic.
In his 2 biggest games to get to the playoffs he lost by 30 to Buffalo last year and 31 to Tennessee this year.

That is all true, but you can say that about 20 head coaches in the NFL. I mean Tomlin still has no clue how to use TOs and the clock.

I said at the time hiring Flores was a joke with his resume, but overall, he did well based on the talent. Tua stinks, yet the GM stays and the coach goes.

Now the owner also butted heads with Gase as well, that's why he got fired two years after making the playoffs. I don't see Miami getting a top guy with that owner.
