NFL Newbie Question: 4 day turnaround

Tampa Bay and Philly both had games on sunday.

Here they are in their week 6 games. Only 4 days later.

How does 4 day turnaround affect over / under.

Will they be less rested and more banged up than usual.

Or will they be sharper being only 4 days off the field in live action, rather than 7 days.

They seemed sharper and more relaxed on the field on 4 day turn around.

Need to watch more games to see if the initial lean holds true.
