Pats call on goal line doesn't make sense...
The ball is on the 1 yard line. Why put Cam in shotgun (5 yards off the ball) for him to get the snap and then run (from a stand still) 6 yards for a TD. That's a lot of ground to cover. I expect those dumb plays from Bill O' Brien. but not Bill Belichick. The weird thing nobody is giving him heat for it.

Yeah I thought they'd fake the run and then do a jump pass or something. It worked easily for a TD before and its hard to stop. Thing is Sea should've put the damn game away and threw a bomb on 3rd/1 for some damn reason?

Take the Raiders +3.5 1st half tomorrow night. They're going to be jacked up in their new stadium and the Saints aren't the same team on the road.

Terrible call, should have had the RP option and run to the open side of the field, not the tighter side. Sneak someone in the back and toss it for the TD or Cam could race for the pylon.

And once the ball was snapped it almost looked like a scrimmage play as if it was in slow motion . Can't blame Cam. That was the play call. Just felt like everyone knew it was gonna be a run so why not fake and pass or run outside fast. If it was a success then there would be nothing to comment on. It would've been nice to see him score since he is off to a very good start and it is nice to see a guy prove he still can play given the right organization.

Of course Seattle almost handed the game to NE again, 3rd and 1 and they throw a bomb?

You can't make it up with Carroll. He never learns.

Yeah, once the ball was snapped you knew that play was going to blow up, it had no chance in hell from jump street.

If Cam had ran to the outside he had a touchdown. Watch the replay again and you'll see. He panicked and tried to hammer it in.

While I agree this was a shitty play call from New England, Seattle having Russ toss one deep on 3rd&1 was just as ridiculous of a play call.

Idk what either coach was thinking down the stretch.
