It's a strange year for sure. I don't even plan to watch the rest of the season anymore. Sold my Chargers futures these past few days, and only watched the game as a fan, but I feel as sick as if I'd lost a huge chunk of my bankroll.

What a horrible way to give a game away. And on top of that having to listen to Patriot fans 'I told you so' bullshit.

I lost a 7 unit play on the NO side yesterday (thanks to that damn fumbled pitch to Bush--already discussed in another thread).

Today was redemption:
2* Pats ML +180
2* Chi -2.5/NE-SD +40.5 (-110)
2* NE +11/NE-SD -52.5 (-110)
And as an added bonus, I made an "on tilt" wager about 20 minutes prior to kickoff (I say on tilt from yesterday):
4* Brady +1.5 Passing TD's (-110)

And the icing on the cake didn't involve any money. I was discussing the game with my dad this morning and tried to explain my semi-middle on the +/- teasers, and said "I'm thinking 45 total points or so... Maybe 24-21, Pats. " He just called to congratulate me and remembered that I called the score. Again, an on the cuff prediction that was more hopeful than anything skill related, but it was a nice little topping to a redeeming day.

IMGV and the rest of the chargers backers, you can't cap ignorance, and there were a handful of ignorant Charger calls/penalties/decisions that robbed you of a big payday.
