Jumped on board with you ragz, I'm on the Titans -2.5. I also put equal money on the Titans 1st half ML -120. I think in the first half, the Titans will be dead serious about getting off on the right foot, showing what they accomplished in camp. The second half, hell anything could happen, but I put 1/3 my risk on the 1st half, 1/3 on the game, and 1/3 on the under. Not bone-crushing units or anything, so I'll survive for later in the week no matter what goes down.

Squeezed out a nifty little profit since I got on Tennessee -2.5 ML with my larger (though still small) bets on my two main books. Got -3 on one of my smaller books. Easily won the 1st half bet and lost the under.

Congrats to ragz who also got the hook ML and went max bet on his book.

That was an unfortunate ending to the game, though. I was pissed that the punter took the safety, but after calming down I recognized it was the smart thing to do, even in the pre-season. It would've been nice if he had just ran back to the ten yard line and waited to see if there was any pursuit coming (there didn't appear to be). Obviously, nobody in the punter's family or his friends had any money on the Titans ATS, or he would have stayed out of the end zone and ran out the clock with ease!

always buy down the 1/2 on a 3 pt spread... the lil juice is well worth it. i did get it at 2.5 though . reguardless i buy the 1/2 pt. first game first win always good.

I really like NE first half +1. Brady's been waiting a year to get back on the field; has looked sharp in camp. Both teams want to come out strong and have a good pre-season history in game 1. But I don't think Brady has ever been in a pre-season game that has meant more to him, and his mates are gonna be a little more intense about making sure he looks good and delivers a message.

And I get the point, too! 14-13 Eagles at half and I push!

Easy payoff with NE 1st half. BOL to all those on the Pats for the full game (I have a little on it, too). The Eagles are roaring back and the Pats' starters ain't coming back to rescue anything. Hopefully Philly will settle for the win and not cover the spread. (Or lose the game outright for you, LT.)

Chicago ML +140. Cutler is anxious to prove his detractors wrong and whet Chicago fans appetite for the coming season. I don't think I need the points for this one. Thought about just taking the first half on this, but I like Chicago's depth better than Buffalo's, especially back-up QB Caleb Hanie, so going for the full game.
