Who to start in championship?

Should I stay with the hot hand in Winston with not a lot of weapons or hope for a shootout and start Tannehill?

I would go with Winston, expected shootout game even without his main WR's he's still got his tight ends and Perriman and Watson plays a bigger role plus playing against the much weaker secondary rather than vs Lattimore and company
