cause this is true. reports came in that ravens had a "wet ball practice" throwing and catching it, knowing the weather conditions prior. always rainy in baltimore.

Never rains in California? San Francisco is just shy of the Pacific Northwest, which is the rainiest area in the country. Northern California gets plenty of rain.
