A winning organization starts with the GM & the Coach. Lets start with Coach Frank Reich!! Thank God Josh McDaniels turned down the job. Reich was the QB in the biggest comebacks in both College & NFL history. Coincidence? I think not! The guy is a winner and a natural leader. Look at Philly's offense since he left there. He's putting Jacoby Brissett in a good situation where he can grow with a good running game and O-line for support. Indy didn't run it well yesterday, but Brissett still had good protection and was only sacked once.
GM Chris Ballard has put together alot of young talent in a short time. The Colts still have holes, but he's making all the right moves. Before Luck suddenly retired he could've dealt Jacoby Brissett and probably got a 3rd rounder or something, but he played it right! The Colts already had the most cap space before Luck retired so now its sky high! They can go out and overpay for any 2-3 free agents they want. I'd love to see AJ Green come to the Colts or think outside the box and offer Detroit some conditional picks for Calvin Johnson. Or go out and trade Tampa for DT Suh. He looked pretty strong in the Rams playoff run last year. Overall though Ballard is building the beast carefully with draft picks!

I see 11-5....maybe 12-4? They have the tiebreaker on KC. They've beaten Houston 3 times in a row now....twice at their place. I see them as the #2 seed and a tough out in the playoffs!
