I rarely play teasers. Because most of the time the points are not needed for either the total or the side. And the odds aren't good either.


And if you review most prime-time games (Monday, Sunday, and Thursday nights), if you teased the wrong team, the idea of getting extra points became pointless. So far we only saw one game where the side spread did matter -- the Saints/Texans game.


And i find that it is usually better to tease the totals. So there you have it.


PS. Mojo trends: teams with good ratings for the offensive line [or better ratings than the opposing team] have won and covered. Unfortunately, i do not have enough time to run the algorithm for all the players and teams.

Prime-time game advice: do not take an underdog unless that team can win SU, ie; Tampa Bay versus Carolina, Atlanta versus Philadelphia.
