| Footballguys view: That's a wrap for one of the best to ever play the game at his position. Gronkowski was flat out dominant when healthy and is certainly bound for the Hall of Fame, likely as a first-ballot nominee. Fantasy GMs loved him as a TE1 for years and now the Patriots have a huge hole at the position. Guys like Jacob Hollister, Matt LaCosse and Stephen Anderson will compete for the starting job...and the Patriots should be looking to add a top tight end in the draft. |

| Footballguys view: Grier is seen as a 'riser' in this draft class. With a skill set similar to that of Andy Dalton when he came out of TCU, Grier could work his way into the end of the first round. If he's there in the early second round (and the Giants didn't take Dwayne Haskins 6th overall), then perhaps he could be groomed as the next guy in line after Eli Manning's days with the Giants are done. |
