McNair left no will for family
His wife had to file an emergency petition in Nashville court asking that she be allowed to oversee his estate, which was granted. She has 60 days to file an inventory of the estate.
What's really sad is that, she named herself and her two sons with McNair as the heirs, but excluded his other two sons from a previous marriage.
