Dolphins | Ryan Fitzpatrick signs with Miami
Free-agent QB Ryan Fitzpatrick (Buccaneers) on Sunday, March 17, signed with the Miami Dolphins. Terms of the deal were not immediately available.
Footballguys view: The tanking is official! The Dolphins are looking for the 2020 NFL draft to find their franchise quarterback as that's a much better class than the one coming into the pros this year. Fitzpatrick is the perfect placeholder quarterback for the Dolphins as their franchise quarterback of the future is not yet on the roster.

Eagles | DeSean Jackson happy to be back in Philly
Philadelphia Eagles WR DeSean Jackson said Thursday, March 14, is 'excited' about re-signing with the team and blamed his 2014 offseason release on former Eagles coach Chip Kelly, not general manager Howie Roseman. 'One thing I can say about Howie Roseman, we always had a great relationship,' Jackson said. 'Even when I went on and played in Washington and played in Tampa Bay, anytime I was able to see him on the field pregame, he always came up and just gave me a hug. Once again, it was a bittersweet situation. We all know how I was released.'
Footballguys view: Jackson knows the city from his time playing with the Eagles from 2008-2013. He's still got speed and that should be utilized to spread the field vertically for QB Carson Wentz. In 12 games last year for the Buccaneers, Jackson caught 41 passes for 774 yards and four touchdowns. He's got WR3 potential for Fantasy GMs now that he's back with the Eagles.
