Rams have been projected as weak, lucky, and getting questionable calls to get them where they are at. I like the Rams. They were SB favorites most of the year. I bet them in N.O. (=150) and think that they have a good chance to win this SB. However, everyone is betting Pats and Brady because they are a Super Bowl machine. The only thing that surprises me is that they were so buried in the Odds this year. They go 11-5 instead of their usual 13-3 and all of sudden they are the big underdogs. They lost a few last second games, including one that is labeled a miracle (in Miami). In the end I think if the Rams end up getting 3 and you can buy the hook, that is the ultimate play. The Rams have tremendous talent but their secondary sucks. That Peters guy is a blundering idiot. They don't pass off players correctly in the zone and there are two words to explain that: Wade Phillips. He should've been named "bum", not his father. Brady should have a field day passing against them.

True that, a lot of OG teams want to fly under the radar at the beginning of the season, straight up throwing games to keep the money low on them. Those games don't even matter, why injury your players trying to go hard when you can just win 2-3 games and make it to a Super Bowl.

Ironically "Teasers" are a legit betting strategy for the NFL. I know plenty of guys that are long time winners betting nothing but small 2 to 3 game teasers.

Also, nobody was betting on the Rams vs. the Saints and they were right. Literally a singular blown call won that game for LA. This should be a NO vs NE superbowl.

If you're betting strategy relies on the refs to bail you out, good luck vs Belichick and company.
